Privacy policy

This policy covers IronLedger, published by Upcott Studios. Questions: [email protected]. Last updated 25 September 2026.

Workouts stay on your device

IronLedger does not ask you to create an account. Sessions, personal bests, units, and settings are stored in this browser’s local storage. They are not uploaded as a training log. If you clear site data, use a private window, or move to another browser, that log does not come with you. We cannot see your sets, body weight, or notes.

Home-page visit count

Opening the home page adds one to a single site-wide counter. The stored record is a number, not your name, email, or workout. It is not tied to an account. Other pages do not increment it.

Advertising

The site loads Google AdSense (publisher ca-pub-4446639715209525) so Google can show ads. Google may set or read cookies and use data about this visit under its own policy. See How Google uses data when you use its partners’ sites or apps. You can control personalised ads at Google’s ad settings.

Amazon affiliate links

The shop and the supplements pages send you to Amazon. As an Amazon Associate, Upcott Studios earns from qualifying purchases. Amazon sets its own cookies when you follow those links. We do not receive your Amazon account details or payment information. Prices and stock are Amazon’s, and they change.

Contact email

If you email [email protected], we use that message to reply. We do not add you to a mailing list from a one-off question. Do not send medical records or training logs you would not want in an inbox.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell a user database. There isn’t one.
  • We do not ask for a password, date of birth, or payment on this site.
  • Shop purchases happen on Amazon, under Amazon’s privacy notice, not here.
